Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to this policy.
